About us

In 1999 we decided to purchase a villa on the Gulf coast of Florida as we had enjoyed the climate and the area so much on previous visits. After researching the options, we reached the conclusion that it would make more sense to build to our own specifications rather than purchase an existing property.

With the help of a specialist company, we found the ideal site near to the coast but in a relatively secluded area and drew up the plans for a large, luxurious villa, which would be a comfortable holiday home for us and a high quality rental property.

After the building work was finished in 2000, we spent considerable time equipping the property with high standard furnishings and appliances, as well as choosing individual items such as pictures and local artefacts, something we continue adding to on each visit.

We usually stay at the villa twice a year and other members of our family and friends have made regular visits. The remainder of the time it is let as a holiday rental villa and we have always received very positive comments from our visitors, both about the villa itself and the area.

We remain convinced that we chose an ideal location with its excellent facilities, shopping, places of interest (we are still finding new places to go to at every visit), a beautiful beach nearby, an excellent climate, and good road communications to all other parts of Florida.

The design of the villa has lived up to our expectations and we continue to enjoy the relaxed and comfortable surroundings at every visit - as we hope do all our visitors.
