Dining and sitting room

The open-plan style of the living rooms and generous floor area creates a feeling of spaciousness, which is enhanced by cathedral and tray ceilings. The separate sitting and dining rooms ensure there is somewhere to relax in comfort away from the kitchen and family room. The high standard of furnishings, decor and appliances, with carefully chosen ornaments and pictures, give a comfortable and homely atmosphere. There is tiled flooring in the hall, kitchen, family room and main passageways and carpeting in all other areas.

Directly ahead of the entry hall is the sitting room with its comfortable couches and armchair. Sliding doors give access to the pool area.

The dining room can seat up to eight people at the table.
