The pool can be accessed from the sitting room, family room and two main bedrooms. With the villa on two sides and the lush vegetation of the garden, the pool is completely private.
It measures 28ft x 14ft with
curved steps at the shallow end and a waterfall at the other. It is
electrically heated ensuring a comfortable temperature all the year round.
Surrounding the pool is ample space to sunbathe or sit on loungers or reclining chairs.
There is also a
covered/shady eating area with table and chairs. The fine mesh screen
keeps unwanted bugs away and allows you to eat out late into the night,
watching for the wildlife.
The driveway leads to
the large double garage which is at right angles to the villa. Privacy
is enhanced by a row of pine trees and shrubs which form the side border
with the shell road. The front garden has been landscaped with many
native plants and palms.
